"I originally created this to easily send weekly check in information to my personal trainer, an easier to use alternative to filling out a bunch of cells in an online sheet or answering an online document. Sharing this to the world, hoping to make life easier for people in similar situations." - Laurence Sy

How I use it
- I fill this out everyday, starting when I wake up to log how many hours I slept then create the entry with just the sleep information.
- At the end of the day, I swipe right to edit the entry for the day then fill out the rest of the information.
- I log my weight once a week. I also log any Macros/Calories goals changes I was given.
- At the end of every week, I take a screenshot of my week then email it to my trainer along with my bio notes and before and after weekly progress pics.

- You are free to use it in any way that makes a part of your life easier for you.
